Sergei Vladimirovich Polunin is a prominent Russian ballet dancer born on November 20, 1989 in Kherson, Ukrainian SSR. He has been the director of the Sevastopol Opera and Ballet Theatre since December 5, 2019, and acting rector of the Sevastopol Academy of Choreography since August 12, 2019.
