Brian Guy Adams is a Canadian rock musician, photographer, guitarist, songwriter and singer who started his career in show business in 1976, initially in rock bands. In 1980 he released his debut solo album, and in 1985 he had his first international success when his song "Heaven" topped the US and UK charts.

In addition to his musical accomplishments, Bryan Adams has also made notable contributions to the film industry. In the first half of the 1990s, he wrote a number of lyrical guitar ballads that were used as theme songs for films and nominated for an Oscar. Some of these tracks include "Everything I Do) I Do It for You" from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, "All For Love" (with Sting and Rod Stewart) from The Three Musketeers and "Have You Ever Really" Loved a Woman?" from Don Juan de Marco. All of these songs topped the US national charts, with "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" setting a record of 16 weeks at the top of the UK charts.

Bryan Adams has also collaborated with various artists and recorded hits with Barbra Streisand, Melanie C of the Spice Girls and dance project Chicane.

In addition to his creative work, he actively participated in charitable activities and was awarded the Order of Canada, the highest award of his country.

Bryan Adams also tried his hand at cinema, starring in a cameo in Andrei Konchalovsky's film House of Fools.

The musician has a significant interest in Russia, where he has repeatedly performed and held charity concerts. In March 2011, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

In 2018, Bryan Adams realized his creative and directing side by co-writing the musical "Pretty Woman", which was successfully staged in Chicago and on Broadway.
